SPR Reactor

Builded in Stainless Steel 316L; used for pharmaceutical and biotechnological process, compliance with cGMP, FDA, ISPE, PED and CE standards. These reactors are supplied with magnetic, pneumatic or electric mixer with top or bottom installation; the internal surface undergo a passivation process and finished with mirror polishing with a roughness <0.5 Ra, while externally can be mirror polished or satin. The control cabinet will be equipped with PLC, DCS or SCADA and can be mounted on Reactor body or at wall; the control system will be developed according to customer requests and production needs. The environment variables will be recorded during the production phases in order to be analyzed or exported to remote drive through the company network or USB drives.
